Availability of prospectus and application form: The prospectus and application form for the test is available for sale w.e.f. 17.03.2010 (Wednesday) by hand as well as by post

By hand on payment of Rs 1700/- (Rs 850/- in case of SC/ST), in cash, from the following post officers; Chandigarh (sector 14, 15, 17, 20, 36, 47 and Manimajra), Amritsar (court road, head post office), Abohar (old court road), Delhi (Gole post office, cannaught place), Dharamshala (The Mall), Ferozepur cantt (head post office), Hosiarpur (near district courts), Kurukshetra (near railway station), Ludhiana (Bharat Nagar chowk), Mohali (sector 55), Muktsar (MDG), Panchkula (sector 8), Sangrur (head post office, near Ghantaghar), Shimla (GPO, the Mall)

By registered post from the manager, publication bureau, P.U. sector 14, Chandigarh by sending a bank draft of Rs 1780/- (Rs 930/- for SC/ST) in favour of the Registrar, Panjab university, Chandigarh payable at Chandigarh. For this the request must reach the Manager, Publication Bureau, P.U. Chandigarh-160014 by 01.04.2010 (Thursday)

All documents and relevant papers, i.e. OMR application form  for Common Entrance Test-2010,  Photocopy (both side) of the OMR Application Form alongwith the original OMR Application Form,  Acknowledgement Receipt, Attested copy of SC/ST certificate (if applicable) and Envelopes for result card and admit card (window type) should be sent only to  Asstt. Registrar (CET), Panjab University Chandigarh  in the prescribed  “outer Envelope” provided for submission of application form.

ONE ENVELOPE SHOULD CONTAIN ONLY ONE APPLICATION. NO APPLICATION FORM SHALL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE PRESCRIBED ENVELOPE PROVIDED FOR THE PURPOSE EVEN IF DELIVERD BY HAND.

b.  The candidates who are applying under the  Sports Category  should also submit a photocopy of the filled application form in addition to the original form,  in the office of the Chairperson, Joint Admission Committee, Department of Biotechnology, Panjab University, Chandigarh on or before 30.06.2010 by 4.00 p.m.. Failing to do so will result in the cancellation of the candidature in sports category. The Director Campus Sports can reject the incomplete application form.

c.  Application form for Admission to  B. A.L. L. B. (Hons.) Five years Integrated  Course,  B.Sc. (Tourism Management), B.Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration),   B. Pharm. and B. Sc. (Hons School) Courses, complete in all aspects alongwith copy of +2 marks sheet, be submitted in the office of the Chairperson, Joint Admission Committee, Department of Biotechnology, Panjab University, Chandigarh latest by June 30, 2010 upto 5.00 p.m.

d.  Candidates seeking admission to M. B. B. S., B.D.S., B. A. M. S. and B. H. M. S. will have to apply separately  by the last date as given in  Part C: Guidelines for Admission  of this prospectus. They are advised to contact Director Principal, Govt. Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh for further information.

Last Date for Submission of Application Form

Last date for receipt of completed application form (both by hand/post) at the CET Cell, Panjab University, Chandigarh is 15.04.2010 (Thursday) up to 4.00 p.m.

After this form can also be submitted up to 30.04.2010 with late fee of Rs 1000/-
