About Exam:

Dr. D.Y.Patil All India Common Entrance Test (AICET) is an entrance test for admission to bachelor medical and dental courses MBBS and BDS in Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College & Hospital and D.Y. Patil Dental College & Hospital of D.Y. Patil University. AICET is conducted every year by Dr. D.Y.Patil University. A large number of students from all over India interested in doing MBBS and BDS apply for Dr. DY Patil AICET every year and the competition is really tough.

DY Patil Medical College & Hospital was established in 1996 and is approved by Medical Council of India and Government of Maharashtra. DY Patil Medical College has 150 seats for MBBS course. Dr. DY Patil Dental College has 100 seats for BDS course and is approved by Dental Council of India. Both the colleges has very good facilties and infrastructure as well as highly experienced and skilled faculty.

Eligibility Criteria:

A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with atleast 50% aggregate marks in PCB(40% for SC/ST).
