CMC Vellore 2012 Notification

Christian Medical College (CMC) Vellore Medical Entrance exam 2012 is conducted for candidates for joining in study MBBS, B. Sc. in Nursing, AHS Degree Courses (Group A) in CMC Vellore. This year the exam will be conducted on 18th May 2012. The candidates can apply for this entrance exam either through online or offline

CMC Vellore 2012 Application procedure

Application forms, Prospectus & Bulletin can be obtained from 21st March 2012 as follows:
1. From select Head Post offices (refer website for the list of post offices) on direct payment of Rs.850/-

2. From the Office of the Registrar on payment of Rs.850/- as a Demand Draft in favour of “CMC Vellore Association” on any scheduled bank, payable at Vellore OR as a chalan at any branch of the ICICI bank in India, mentioning FC-CMC-V on the chalan. The DD or original chalan can also be sent with a letter requesting for theProspectus and application form for 2012 to The Office of the Registrar, CMC, Thorapadi PO, Vellore – 632 002 (Phone +91 (416) 2284255). State your full postal address with pin-code. Mention your telephone number and e-mail address if available. No additional money, stamps or envelopes are required.

3. You may apply online at the CMC website http://home.cmcvellore.ac.in/admissions/admin.htm on or before 14th April 2012. Admission Bulletin maybe downloaded free from the CMC website. The basic administrative fee is Rs.800/- for online application. The last date for submission of the printed online application form is 16th April 2012.

INTERVIEWS & PRACTICAL TEST
Interviews and Practical test for selection to the various courses will be held at Vellore according to the schedule on page 1. Candidates who write the All India Entrance in May and are short listed for interviews & practical tests will be intimated by letter sent by Speed Post around the first week of June. Hall ticket numbers of these candidates (invited for interviews) will also be posted on the website around first week of June 2012.
