@595 u will get the mumbai colleges very easily ..as the mahrastra govt \has increased the bond amount 15 lakh..the colleges will go till late..
last time seth gs medical college,best in mumbai filled up till 495...
grant went till 1000+ and tnmc went till 1500...
@1945 go for mumbai..dont leave the colleges because of bond..

tell me more bout this bond we have to sign

every student who gets admission in a mahrastra college have to sign a bond.THE BOND means that u have to practise 2 yrs of internship(Called MOship)in mahrastra after clearing ur Final year in the college.the 2 yr internship includes an additional year in the college and 1 year in a rural area given by Mahrastra goverment.If you are not willing to pactise then u have to pay a sum of Rs 15 lakh (from this year) to the Mahrastra goverment as a compensation for that..only then you will get your MBBS certificate..if U get selected in Either AIPPGE Or Mahrastra PgCET exam then u have a chance of carry forwarding your bond..

Ok... and what is the range of fees for maharashtra colleges?... so it's only an extra year in rural, but if you clear PGCET you won't have to do rural or will u have to do it after PG?

well the college fees are btwn 20k to 25 k only....and if u clear ur pg and take admission in mahrastra only then u can carry forward it after ur pg else u have to pay the bond just after the final year..
