The candidates who qualify the exam will be called for further rounds of admission process or the RPMT 2013 Counselling as per the schedule released on www.rushraj.org . The candidates have to report at the campus as per the schedule only.
The RPMT 2013 Counselling will include the document verification phase in which the candidates’ credential swill be checked and their eligibility will be verified. In case of any discrepancy related to candidate’s credentials, the candidature of the subject shall be cancelled and he/she will be debarred from attending the further rounds of RPMT 2013 Counselling.
The selection of the candidate will be done by the Chairman of Undergraduate Admission Board via the RPMT 2013 Counselling in which the presence of candidate is essential. NO Authorized Representative will be allowed in any case including the Physically Handicapped candidates.
The RPMT 2013 Counselling schedule including the dates, time and venue will be intimate do the candidates via the University Website: www.rushraj.org , RUHS Notice Board and Newspapers. No individual intimation will be sent to any candidate.
The list of the candidates who have been selected will be put three days before the day of RPMT 2013 Counselling on the RUHS Notice Board. These candidates have to appear for the admission process with their original documents and mark sheets.
The candidates who were appearing in the qualifying exam in the year of 2013 have to submit their qualifying exam result at the time of RPMT 2013 Counselling in order to be considered for admission process.
The seat allocation in the counselling will be done strictly on merit cum preference basis. The candidates who have been selected in the first round of RPMT 2013 Counselling will get their names put on the RUHS notice board. After that, these candidates will be called for Medical Examination for physical fitness check.
The candidates who will be found unsuitable in this round of RPMT 2013 Counselling will be rejected and the decision taken by the medical board will be final. Within two weeks of college assignment, the academic session will start.
Within 4 weeks of college allotment the candidates have to submit their approval or denial for allocated seat in RPMT 2013 Counselling. Another round will be conducted for covering up the resultant vacancy within 14 days of first round of seat allotment.
The candidates have to submit the admission fee at the time of RPMT 2013 Counselling. If the candidate does not submit the fee within in one week of seat allocation, the seat will be allocated to next student in the merit and the 25% of submitted fee will be forfeited.
