About Exam:

Madhya Pradesh All India Dental & Medical Admission Test(MP DMAT) is an examination conducted by Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges in Madhya Pradesh(APDMC)for admission to MBBS and BDS courses of private dental & medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh. Admission to 50% of the seats in the private medical and dental colleges of Madhya Pradesh is through DMAT. DMAT is given by a large number of candidates from Madhya Pradesh and rest of India interested in doing MBBS/BDS from private colleges in Madhya Pradesh.

There are four medical and eleven dental private colleges in Madhya Pradesh admission to which is done through DMAT. The number of seats available through DMAT in MBBS courses is 214 and in BDS courses is 439. Therefore the competition for these seats is quite tough and a lot of preparation is needed to get through DMAT.

Eligibility Criteria:

A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with atleast 50% marks in Physics, Chemsitry and Biology.
