JIPMER 2013 Application Form, Date, Notification

This is to inform all candidates that the JIPMER 2013 Admit Card has been released and can be downloaded by clicking on the link below:

The JIPMER 2013 (Online) Application Form has been released and Is available till 25th of March, 2013 on the official website of exam. There will be no Physical Sale of Application Form. Please Click here to Apply Online

The JIPMER 2013 Application Form will be available only ONLINE on www.jipmer.edu.in. The candidates have to submit the completely filled application form along with the proof of payment, required documents and photographs.

The JIPMER 2013 Application Form can be filled till 4th of May, 2013. The candidates can also download the information brochure from the link given on the website of JIPMER.

The JIPMER 2013 Application Form Fee can be remitted in the following ways:

  • The candidates have to submit a fee of Rs. 1000/- (GEN and OBC) OR Rs. 800/- (ST, SC) via the Computer Generated Challan of SBI bank, The challan should be deposited within 24 hours of taking it print from the official website.

The candidates should note down the Application Number generated after completing the submission of form.

Every candidate has to submit a single application form.

The candidates should put same signatures on the form and other documents throughout the admission process. Any discrepancy detected in the signatures done on the JIPMER 2013 Application Form will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature.

The candidates should paste the same photos on the JIPMER 2013 Application Form, Admit Card and other documents related to the JIPMER admission process. They must go through the instructions given regarding the photos carefully.

Furnishing any false information while filling the JIPMER 2013 Application Form and failing to sign the form at appropriate places, will lead to rejection of applications.

The candidates are advised to provide their complete and correct email id and contact number while filling the form as all the notifications and confirmations regarding the form submission will be sent via email and SMS. After completing the online submission of JIPMER 2013 Application Form the candidates should take the print out of filled form to be used for future references. The application will be confirmed only after the payment is confirmed at the bank branches.
