About Exam:

Himachal Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Entrance Test is an entrance test for admission to bachelor medical and dental courses MBBS and BDS in the medical and dental institutes of Himachal Pradesh University. HP CPMT is conducted by Himachal pradesh University for admission in both private and Government institutes for Himachal Pradesh as well as All India candidates.

There are 5 medical and dental institutes in Himachal Pradesh in which admission is through HP CPMT. Of these two of the institutes provide MBBS:Indira Gandhi Medical College and Dr. RP Medical College. There are three institutes which provide BDS:Himachal Dental College, H.P. Government Dental College and  MN DAV Dental College.
