Application Form Submission Process :
The application form along with Bulletin of Information (BOI) is obtainable from the office of the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007, against a Bank Draft/Banker’s Cheque drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of ‘Registrar, University of Delhi’ payable at Delhi in the following manner
Sale of Bulletin Information w.e.f 25th January, 2010.
- By Hand: for Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Only) for general and OBC category and Rs/- 550 for SC/ST/PH category candidates between 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM on all working days from 25th January, 2010 to 8th March, 2010. No cash payment will be accepted.
- By POST: for Rs 800/- for general and OBC category candidates for Rs 600/- for SC/ST/PH category candidates, along with a self addressed envelope of 12” X 10” upto 22nd Feb 2010
NOTE: SC/ST/PH candidates are requested to bring/send a copy of the caste certificate/PH certificate for obtaining bulletin of Information.
Application form can also be downloaded from www.du.ac.in or www.fmsc.ac.in and submit the same, duly filled in and complete in all respects with requisite Demand Draft, to the office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007 on or before 8th March 2010 upto 3:00 PM
The application form along with BOI can also be obtained, by hand only, from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Maulana Azad Medical College and Univeristy College of Medical Sciences
