Age: Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or before 31st December, 1993 (minimum 17 years of age as on 31st December, 2010). Minimum Qualification: The candidates must have passed the 10+2, i.e. I.S.C/Intermediate Examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/ University.

The Candidates must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 60% (For SC/ST/OBC candidates 50%) marks in aggregate taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and atleast 50% (For SC/ST/OBC candidates 40%) marks separately in each subject in the qualifying examination.

The candidates who are appearing for the qualifying examination and whose results are not yet available are also eligible to appear in the PMEE-2010.
