A candidate desirous of appearing in the CET-2010, is required to complete the prescribed application form appended at the end of this brochure and submit the same to the University, on or before the scheduled date. Instructions for completing the Application Form
6. The application form for admission to CET-2010 is common for MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS courses and also for all the colleges mentioned in the brochure. No separate form is prescribed for any particular course or college.
6.1 Name mentioned in the form by the candidate should be the same as in the documents of 10+2 examination. One square should be used only for one alphabet. Please leave one blank square between adjacent words. For example, the name SHRIKAR MUKUND MATE should be written as follows :
6.2 The candidate should indicate clearly the examination centre at which he/she wishes to appear for examination by selecting the appropriate one.
6.3 A passport size photograph should be affixed at the appropriate place in the application form. The photograph is to be firmly affixed by using gum. It should not be pinned. The photograph is to be attested by the Principal/Head of the Institution where the candidate has studied or by a Gazetted officer. The attestation of the photograph should be done in such a way that the photograph is not defaced.
6.4 The declaration in the application form is to be signed both by the applicant and the mother / father / guardian of the applicant.
6.5 Address should be written in capital letters Use "," "" "/" "." wherever required as shown in the example. For example if the address is 161/B, D.L.W colony write as 161/B, D.L.B. Colony
6.6 Confirm by selecting 4 subjects, whether the candidate has taken these subjects
in HSC/12th Std.
6.7 For marks obtained write total of marks obtained by you in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in theory and practical taken together. In the next 3 blocks write total marks, for subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology both theory and practical together. If appearing for HSC / 12th select appearing.
7. CANDIDATES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ENCLOSE ORIGINALS OR PHOTOCOPIES OF ANY CERTIFICATES WITH THE APPLICATION FORM.
8. Completed application form must be accompanied by CET-2010 fee + Brochure download fee of Rs. 2100/-. The fee should be paid by Demand Draft of Rs. 2100/- drawn on any nationalised bank payable at Pune, or Bharati Sahakari Bank Ltd. only in favour of Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. Please send your form and a demand draft to the following address :

(Candidates are advised to obtain and maintain proof of draft and of dispatch of the application form. This may be usefull for obtaining duplicate admission card if required)
8.1 The Candidate should invariably mention the number of his application form (as printed on it) and his name on the back of his Demand Draft.
8.2 The application must be sent by registered post / speed post / courier.
8.3 The application must reach either by hand or by mail to the above address on or before 26th April 2010 by 1700 hrs. An application form which is not accompanied by a demand draft of the prescribed of Rs. 2100/- will not be entertained and processed. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
9. This University will not be responsible for any delay or loss of the Application/Admission Card/Counselling Letter/any other communication in transit. Such a delay will not be condoned.
10. The applicant himself has to ascertain from the University office whether his application has reached to the university office or not.
Issue of Admission Cards
11. Admission Cards for CET-2010 will be dispatched by post to candidates under certificate of posting.The admit card will also be mailed to you on the e-mail ID given in the form. The Admission Card will indicate the Roll Number and Examination Centre allotted to the candidate with its address.
12. The Candidate must not mutilate this Admission Card or change any entry made therein after it has been authenticated by the University authorities.
13. In case the Admission Card is not received by a candidate by 06th May 2010 he/she should contact the concerned Designated Centres at Pune, Navi Mumbai and New Delhi (addresses given above) or the concerned examination centres at Vadodara, Hyderabad, Indore and Bangalore on addresses given above one day prior to the scheduled date of Entrance Test, CET-2010, for collecting a duplicate admission card.
(For centres at Lucknow, Jaipur Chandigarh and Allahabad the candidates should contact the designated centre at New Delhi). In such a situation, the candidate should bring two copies of his/her authenticated photograph alongwith him/her and a proof of submission/mailing of application form. In case no proof is submitted, duplicate admission card will not be issued. Mere purchase of application form will not be considered as a proof of sending the completed application form.
