Application forms may be obtained on payment of Rs.250/- (non-refundable) in respect of MBBS & BDS courses and Rs.200/-  in respect of B.Sc. Nursing & BPT Courses, by DD drawn in favour of

Yenepoya University, payable at Mangalore.  Application forms can also be downloaded from our website www.yenepoya.edu.in./www.yenepoya.org. Duly filled in applications in respect of all the courses should reach the undersigned before the last date prescribed.

In case of MBBS & BDS courses duly filled applications should reach along with a  DD for Rs.500/-  (non-refundable) towards registration fee in favour of Yenepoya University, payable at Mangalore.  Candidates who have downloaded the application forms in respect of MBBS & BDS Courses, from the website may send DD for Rs. 750/- along with the application
