The application form can be downloaded from the above website. Candidates may fill this form and dispatch the same to the COE KIMSDU, Karad along with a demand draft of Rs. 1500/-, so as to reach on or before 5 May, 2010 (5.00 pm.) Demand draft should be drawn on any Nationalized Bank, in
favour of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences University, payable at Karad.
