The AFMC 2013 Counselling will be held after the declaration of the Result of AFMC 2013. The list of shortlisted candidates invited for Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning (ToELR) and the Interview shall be finalized and candidates will be intimated along with sending an email regarding the exact schedule of the same.
The ToELR Test in AFMC 2013 Counselling shall be a 30 minutes Computer Based Test (CBT), consisting of 40 Multiple Choice Questions; 2 marks each. The test shall be of 80 marks and will be conducted at AFMC, Pune. Every wrong choice shall deduct 0.5 marks from the candidates score.
Each candidates’ ToELR score shall be added to the NEET – UG score (making a Grand Total of 800 marks). This score shall then be divided by 4 to obtain the written Examination score out of 200 marks in AFMC 2013 Counselling. Followed by this, each candidate will have to attend a personal interview of 50 marks. The Final Merit shall be prepared based on the candidates combined written examination and interview score (Out of 250 marks).
On the basis of the final score of the candidates in AFMC 2013 Counselling, two Merit lists shall be prepared; one for boys and one for girls and the Admission shall be granted in accordance of the final merit position. After the AFMC 2013 Counselling, individual call letters shall be sent only to the selected candidates inviting them for Admission to AFMC.
Candidates having appeared for the Examination and Interview but who have not received any letter of intimation can check the list displayed in the Office of DGAFMS and the Admission cell of AFMC Pune. Candidates belonging to SC or ST category need to comply by AFMC norms to get Admission to AFMC; the mandatory requirements of AFMC 2013 Counselling are listed in the Information Bulletin.
