The AIIMS 2013 Result will be declared around the 1st of July 2013 on the notice board of AIIMS New Delhi, Examination Section and on the following websites: www.aiims.ac.in, www.aiimsexams.org, www.aiims.edu, and www.mohfw.nic.in. The result will be declared in the form of merit list in which the candidates will be arranged in the increasing order of their ranks.
The merit lists will be prepared as follows:
- Common Merit List: this will be the AIIMS 2013 Result of the GEN category candidates and will have only those OBC/ST/SC candidates who were not adjudged on the basis of any relaxed criterion.
- The AIIMS 2013 Result of other categories candidates will be declared via respective merit lists namely – Other Backward Classes candidates list, Scheduled Tribes candidates List and Scheduled Castes candidates list.
- These merit lists will have the following number of candidates:
- Common Merit List: 37
- Scheduled Caste: 11
- Scheduled Tribe: 5
- Other Backward Classes: 19
In case the number of candidates in the reserved categories’ AIIMS 2013 Result, merit list, the remaining seat will be included in waiting list. There is no provision of re - evaluation or re - checking of exam result.
The tie – resolution in AIIMS 2013 Result will be done by giving priorities to the candidates in the following order:
- Candidates having higher marks in Biology in AIIMS exam.
- Candidates having higher marks in Chemistry in AIIMS exam.
- Candidates having higher marks in Physics in AIIMS exam.
The candidates will be informed about their AIIMS 2013 Result via the website notification, individual result cards via post and result announcement in leading newspapers. The candidates should however, stay in constant touch with the website till the admission process is complete.
AIIMS will not take any responsibility for the score cards that get lost in the post.
