Asso-CET 2011 Application Submission Process

All the Health Science Colleges of the Association are affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik and approved by Medical Council of India, Dental Colleges by Dental Council of India & other Health Science Colleges by their respective Central Councils.

Application forms are available at select colleges in Maharashtra on payment of Rs. 500/- by DD in favour of AMUPMDC payable at Mumbai & select branches of Punjab national bank (PNB) on cash payment of Rs. 500/

Application Forms will be available by post from AMUPMDC Office Mumbai on payment of Rs.600/- DD in favour of AMUPMDC payable at Mumbai.

Completed Application Form enclosed with a DD of Rs.1500/- in favour of AMUPMDC payable at Mumbai for CET fees should reach on address of AMUPMDC office Shreeji  House, 75 Mint Road, Fort, Mumbai-400001 on or before 5th April 2011 in an envelope provided with application form - by hand delivery/ post/ courier.
