All candidates informed that the EAMCET 2013 Medical Exam is scheduled to talk place today. The Answer Key shall be released HERE soon after the Exam finishes.
The dates for EAMCET 2013 Medical Result declaration have not yet been declared by the exam authorities and will be made available to the candidates on the official website of the exam: www.apeamcet.org. The authorities will take extreme care while checking the answer sheets and evaluating, tabulating and scrutiny of the EAMCET 2013 Medical Result.
After the EAMCET 2013 Medical Result has been declared, a public notification will be issued for verification of OMR answer sheet which will be entertained on deposition of Rs. 500/- (GEN and Others) or Rs. 200/- (ST/SC). The candidates can also have a photocopy of their answer sheets on a payment of Rs. 1000/- (GEN and Others) or Rs. 400/- (ST/SC).
No claim for personal identification of the OMR Answer Sheet will be entertained in any case.
The EAMCET 2013 Medical Result will comprise of the merit lists in which the candidates will be arranged in the order of their merit. The ranks obtained by the candidates in the exam will be valid for one academic year only. Every candidate will be sent an individual rank card on the correspondence address mentioned by them in the application form.
The ranks obtained by the ST/SC candidates in EAMCET 2013 Medical Result on the basis of reservation relaxations will be cancelled if their claims to the reserved category are found to be invalid at the admission time.
The candidates have to preserve their EAMCET 2013 Medical Result or the rank card till the admission process is complete. In case the rank card is lost, a duplicate rank card will be issued to the candidates for Rs. 100/- via a DD drawn at any Nationalized Bank, which must be drawn in name of the Convener, EAMCET 2013 and must be payable at Hyderabad.
EAMCET 2013 Medical Result Ranking Procedure:
The candidates who have qualified the EAMCET 2013 exam and belong to the SC, ST categories; for which the qualifying marks have not been specified, will be arranged in the merit which will be calculated by giving 75% weightage to the marks obtained by the candidate in entrance exam and 25% consideration to marks secured in relevant group subjects.
Tie – Breaking Procedure in EAMCET 2013 Medical Result:
The tie will be resolved by giving the preference to the candidates on the basis of:
- Total marks obtained in EAMCET
- Marks obtained in Biology in entrance exam.
- Marks obtained in Physics in EAMCET
- The Qualifying Exam percentage aggregate
- The final parameter to resolve the tie in EAMCET 2013 Medical Result will be the candidate’s age. The older one will be given preference.
The weightage of marks for the candidates of OCI and POI category while calculating the EAMCET 2013 Medical Result will be decided by the committee formed by the competent authority.
The candidates belonging to category other than Board of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh have to download, fill in and submit the Form – DM (Declaration of Marks) failing which, NO rank will be awarded to those candidates in EAMCET 2013 Medical Result.
