IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS GCET-2011 a) GCET (Goa Common Entrance Test)2011 for admissions to First Year of Professional Degree courses in Medicine, Dentistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture and Homeopathy in the State of Goa shall be conducted on Wednesday, 11th and Thursday, 12th May, 2011 as per the following schedule at 10 centres in Goa:
b)Question paper shall be of objective, multiple-choice type containing 75 questions of 1 mark each, with no negative marking. c)GCET-2011 shall be based on syllabus prescribed by Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Porvorim for Std. XIIth examination of March, 2011 in the above subjects. G2CET-2011(Common Entrance Test for Direct 2nd Year) G2CET-2011(for Diploma and B. Sc. Degree holders) for direct admissions to Second Year Degree courses in Engineering and Pharmacy shall be conducted on Friday, 13/05/11 at Panaji and Margao centres from 10.00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. There shall be a single paper comprising of 100 objective, multiple choice type questions, carrying 1 mark each, with no negative marking. Separate Prospectuses containing complete details of GCET 2011 and G2CET, with application forms shall be made available for reference in January, 2011 on the and print version in March 2011. Specific dates and locations of availability will be duly notified. |
