Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak invites application for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in the Government/ Government aided Medical/Dental/ Ayurvedic Colleges as per the following schedule:

| Paper - I | 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon |
| Paper - II | 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
The prospectus containing eligibility conditions, domicile criteria, application form & OMR form can be obtained form the HDFC Bank, Near D-Park, Model Town, Rohtak on cash payment of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 500/- for SC/BC of Haryana) w.e.f. 28.04.2011. Request for prospectus through Registered Post must be received in the office of Controller of Finance, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak on or before 09.05.2011 by sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 2050/- (Rs.550/- for SC/BC of Haryana) drawn in favor of “Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak” Payable at State Bank of India, PT. B.D.Sharma P.G.I.M.S., Rohtak (Code 4735) failing which the request will not be entertained. The Application Form complete in all respects must reach the Controller of Examinations, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak by 18th May, 2011 up to 5 PM. The application received late shall be rejected.
