Notification: COUNSELING FOR ADMISSION TO FIRST YEAR M.B.B.S. COURSE 2011-2012
This is for information of all the qualified candidates for admission to the first year M.B.B.S. course for the academic year 2011-12 that the admission counseling for the said programme of the MGM Institute of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai will be as mentioned below. A list of qualified candidates for counseling is put up on the MGM Institute’s website: www.mgmuhs.com.Counseling Schedule for admission to first year MBBS Course is as follows:

Instructions to Candidates:
1) All the candidates must remain present for the counseling on the date and time specified as above, with requisite documents. Only parents / guardian will be permitted with the candidate in the counseling hall.
2) The candidate must submit Original Certificates and two sets of attested photocopies of each of the documents mentioned below at the time of Counseling.
(i) Receipt-Cum Identity Card
(ii) Admit Card
(iii) Mark Sheet of MGM-CET-2011
(iv) Nationality / Domicile Certificate
(v) Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate
(vi) Migration Certificate (If Applicable)
(vii) SSC (Xth Std.) Certificate
(viii) Mark List of Xth Std.
(ix) Marl List of HSC, CBSE, ICSE or Equivalent Examination.
(x) Medical Fitness Certificate
(xi) Affidavit, regarding Educational Gap (If Applicable)
(xii) Undertaking / Declaration (Notarized)
(xiii) Four recent photographs of size 35 mm x 45 mm on white background.
(xiv) DD of tuition fee in the name of “MGM University” payable at Navi Mumbai (The candidate has to pay the tuition fee of Rs. 5.65 lakh (Rupees Five lakhs Sixty- five Thousand only), immediately after the counseling is over, by demand draft drawn in favor of MGM University, payable at Navi Mumbai.)
