COMEDK 2011: Important Notice
Allotment of Medical seat to Sri Girwar Daiya, Rank: 1131 at S. Nijalingappa Medical College, Bagalkot – Cancellation due to fraud
A candidate by name Sri Girwar Daiya with COMEDK Rank: 1131 was allotted a Confirmed Medical seat during UGET-2011 counselling on 15.07.2011 in S. Nijalingappa Medical College, Bagalkot.
As the candidate seems to have instructed Axis Bank Ltd., Yamuna Nagar to withhold the tuition fee payment for which he has taken Demand Draft bearing No. 009853 Dtd. 13.07.2011 for `3,25,000/- the said DD could not be encashed. Admittedly, this candidate has played fraud on COMEDK and the college. Though he is a Non-Karnataka candidate, he has given his address as C/o J.S. Prabhakara, No. 3032/B, 4th Cross, Nehru Nagar, Mandya and that he has deliberately been out of communication inspite of repeated attempts to contact on his mobile.
In the circumstances, the seat allotted as above has been cancelled and this candidate has been debarred from participating in COMEDK seat allotments in future.
This position is hosted on the Website as a caution to all such candidates who have inclination to play fraud on COMEDK.
