The candidates, whose names have appeared in the list of qualified candidates, drawn on the basis of CET 2011 Programme Code-02 for the session 2011-12 shall report IN PERSON for counseling/Admission at the above mentioned venue of counseling; on the scheduled date and time mentioned below as per their category & Rank:

Documents(s) required at the Time of Admission/Counseling (Please refer Para 18. of admission Brochure-VIII for the session 2011-12)

It is mandatory for all candidates that they will bring all the relevant documents in original for verification and self attested photocopies of the same should be submitted during the Counseling/Admission.

  • Bank Draft/s of requisite Fee in favour of Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University payable at Delhi. The candidate will write his/her name, date of admission, phone, mobile No, name of the programme, CET Rank and CET Roll Number on the back of the Bank Draft(s).
  • Verification Form (As per Appendix - 6, Admission Brochure VIII, 2011-12)
  • Preference Sheet (As per Appendix - 7, Admission Brochure VIII, 2011-12)
  • Original Admit Card issued by the University for Common Entrance Test : programme Code 02 [CET: BDS/BAMS-2011]
  • Proof of date of birth (Secondary School Certificate issued by the Board/ University)
  • Certificate and mark sheet of the qualifying examination issued by the Board / University from which he / she passed the 10 + 2 or equivalent examination as a regular student showing that he / she have passed in the subject of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (core or elective or functional) individually and obtained a minimum 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) for BDS programme.
  • Certificate and mark sheet of the qualifying examination issued by the Board / University from which he / she passed the 10 + 2 or equivalent examination as a regular student showing that he / she have passed in the subject of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (core or elective or functional) individually and obtained a minimum 60% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (50% in case of SC/ST candidates) for BAMS programme.
  • In case candidate wishes to claim seat in Delhi 'Region category then he/she must bring proof of having passed 11th and 12th standard exam as a regular student (under 10+2 scheme) from Delhi.
  • Character Certificate from the head of the institution from where the qualifying examination was passed or from a Gazatted Officer (in original) not older than six (6) months.
  • SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable)
  • The reservation certificate should be issued from the respective state/region in which the reservation is claimed e.g. Candidate claims for the seat reserved for Delhi SC/ST/OBC category than he has to bring SC/ST/OBC certificate issued by Govt, of NCT of Delhi and also passed his/her qualifying exam from Delhi School/College.
  • Certificate of Physical Disability (As per Appendix-I, Admission Brochure VIII, 2011-12) (if applicable).


Notes: The College is further allowed to charge Rs.1000/- per student per annum as student activity fee and Rs.5000/-per student (Refundable) as Security deposit over and above the total fee payable.

(i) The Original Certificates except the admit card will be returned to the candidates after verification. The photocopies of these certificates and admit card (in original) shall be retained.

(ii) In case any of the above document(s) is/are in any language other than Hindi/English, then authentic translation in English/Hindi shall have to be produced duly verified by the issuing institution/gazetteed officer/(original and photocopy) by the candidate at the time of Counselling/Admission. Failure on the part of candidate to produce the requisite authentic translation may result in refusal of admission by the Admission Officer, for which only the candidate will be responsible.

(iii) In case candidate has submitted his/her documents elsewhere, then proof of submitting these documents must be produced.
Candidates are also advised, in their own interest to check the details of fee, their name, rank, programme, institute of admission, etc. on Admission Slip issued to him/her by the Admission Officer before leaving the Counselling hall. Provisionally admitted candidates are further advised to carefully check suffix (P) to their enrolment number printed in the Admission Slip. No entertainment of any discrepancy in Admission Slip will be done at later stage by the University.
