KEAM 2011: Fourth Phase of Centralized Allotment

NOTICE: KEAM 2011

 

The activities relating to the Fourth Phase of Allotment to Professional Degree Courses 2011 will begin on 14.09.2011. Facility will be opened for candidates to re-arrange higher options, delete unwanted options and to register options to newly started Courses and Colleges from 14.09.2011 to 16.09.2011 on the official website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. The fourth allotment will be published on 18.09.2011 based on the options registered till 5 pm on 16.09.2011. Candidates who receive allotment in this phase will have to remit the fee/additional fee/deposit at the designated branches of SBT on 19.09.2011, 20.09.2011 or 22.09.2011. The list of SBT branches is given on the website www.cee-kerala.org. Those candidates who have remitted the fees shall join the colleges on 19.09.2011, 20.09.2011 or 22.09.2011.

Those candidates who are satisfied with the allotment received in the third allotment should cancel their higher options. The facility to cancel the options is available only through the home page of the candidate.

The schedule of Fourth Phase Allotment is given below:

14.09.2011 Website opens for rearranging options, deleting options and registering options to new Colleges/Courses.
16.09.2011, 5 pm Facility to rearrange/register options is withdrawn.
18.09.2011 Fourth allotment
19.09.2011, 20.09.2011,
22.09.2011
Candidates who received allotment shall remit the fee/ additional fee at the designated branches of SBT.
19.09.2011, 20.09.2011,
22.09.2011
Allotted candidates after remitting fee shall take admission at the colleges concerned.
22.09.2011 Classes to commence for all courses.
22.09.2011, 5 pm College authorities should submit the non-joining report.

Immediately after the fourth phase of allotment there will be an allotment to MBBS/BDS courses on 23.09.2011 (5th Phase allotment). Those candidates who receive new allotment/college change based on the fifth allotment shall join the allotted colleges on 24th or 25th of September after remitting the fee/balance fee in the designated branches of SBT. The college offices of all Government and Self-financing Medical/Dental Colleges shall remain open on 25.09.2011 (Sunday) in order to facilitate admission of allotted candidates

23.09.2011 Fifth phase allotment (MBBS/BDS courses only). Last allotment to Self-financing Medical/Dental Colleges.
24.09.2011 Candidates who receive allotment to MBBS/BDS Courses to remit fee/balance fee in designated branches of SBT.
24.09.2011 & 25.09.2011 Those candidates who receive new allotment/college change to MBBS/BDS courses based on the fifth allotment shall join the allotted colleges on 24th or 25th of September after remitting the fee/balance fee.
25.09.2011 The allotment process to Self-financing Medical/Dental Colleges by the CEE ends.
26.09.2011, 5 pm Government Medical/Dental Colleges to furnish non-joining report.

Warning:- Only those candidates who are sure to join the Self-financing Medical/Dental Colleges on allotment shall register options to these institutions. Those candidates who receive allotment to these institutions based on their options shall be liable to join these institutions. There will not be any provision to cancel allotment/admission received in these institutions. Those candidates who file unnecessary options to these institutions and thereby lapse Government seats to MBBS/BDS courses will be liable to pay liquidated damages. Their candidature in the Entrance Examination will be cancelled and steps will be taken to cancel their allotment/admission, if any, obtained in any other Medical/Dental Colleges for 2011. Such candidates will also be debarred from taking the Entrance Examination for the next two years.

Candidates can file new options to the following college/courses in the Fourth phase of allotment.
