The following candidates with TAT Nos & Rank nos. have been found to have received confirmed allotment letter during COMEDK UGET 2011 and selected seats in medical colleges of their choice to pursue UG courses in Medical stream.
As disclosed in the rank list published pursuant to UG Entrance Test 2012, conducted on 6th May 2012, these candidates are found to have written the entrance test once again and are seeking admissions to the Institutions coming under COMEDK. The act of these candidates raises a prima facie suspicion of malafide intentions and attempted fraudulent activities. This has also been reported to concerned authorities including the University and Medical Council of India and the matter is under investigation.
The students listed in the table below are being issued a show-cause notice and their seat selection made, if any, is subject to the outcome of the investigation and the final decision of the statutory authorities.
