Important Information :
• Candidates have to report at the counselling venue half an hour before the time of
counselling.
• Candidates should check the KIIT website www.kiitee.ac.in to get updated
information regarding counselling.
• PH Candidates have to report on 2nd June, 2010 at 11 a.m. in Kalinga Institute of
Medical Science Campus, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar for medical test.
DOCUMENTS/FEES TO BE DEPOSITED ON THE DAY OF COUNSELLING
Candidates should produce following Original Certificates with one set of Xerox Copies on the day of counselling.Original Certificates will be returned after verification and Xerox Copies will be retained by the university for office use.

2. Rank Card
3. 10th Pass Certificate
4 12th Marksheet
5 Relevant Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, clearly indicating the Reservation Criteria
claimed by the candidate for SC/SCW/ST/STW/PH/PHW Candidates.
6 Physically handicapped candidates need not bring medical certificates. The decision of Medical Board constituted by KIIT University will be final.
7. ODISHA STATE CANDIDATES:
The candidates claiming reservation under this category should produce at least one of the following
documents on the day of counselling
a. 10+2 Certificate/Mark sheet mentioning the name of any of the recognized Institute of the
state of Odisha from where he/she has passed.
b. Permanent resident certificate from a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahasildar of the
area where his/her parents have permanent residence.
c. Certificate from the employer of his/her parents/spouse showing the proof of serving in the
state of Odisha at the time of application.
8. School / College Leaving Certificate
9. Conduct Certificate
10. Six numbers of passport size photographs
11. Draft of Rs. 50,000/- as token fees, which is inclusive of annual Fees and a separate Draft of Rs. 5000/-as the Counselling Registration Fees in the form of a DD in favour of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar. Cash payment will not be accepted.
Authorization to parents for attending Counselling
Either of the parents can attend counselling on behalf of the candidate with following additional documents.
1.Authorization letter from the candidate
2.Identity proof with photograph
3.Certificate mentioning the name of parent attending the counselling(Birth Certifcate/10th
Pass certificate)
