The Institute was established in the year 2003 and the first batch of MBBS students joined in July that year. It is the first unaided private Medical Institute in the State of Haryana. Spread over on an area of 40 acres in pollution free, clean, lush green environment, the Institute has highly qualified and experienced staff, magnificent buildings and other infrastructural facilities. Initially it was affiliated to Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra for the award of MBBS degree but from the year 2007 it is a constituent college of Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Mullana (Deemed University recognized by UGC/Central Government).
