Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College was established in 1996. It is approved by Medical Council of India, Government of India & the Government of Maharashtra. The college building is a masterpiece of architecture and has all state of the art facilities. The College has four well-planned lecture halls with a seating capacity of 200 in each. The desks are well spaced out and halls are airy, well lit and with excellent acoustics. Each hall has the latest audio-visual teaching aids.



The management of Dr. D. Y. Patil Pratishthan has allotted 5 acres of land exclusively for use of the Dental college and hospital and has completed the entire construction work admeasuirng 1,50,000 sq.ft. which is required by the college for teaching and training upto the final B.D.S. course as per the norms laid down by the Dental Council of India, New Delhi. The college building is a masterpiece of architecture and has all the state of the art facilities.
