Ahmedabad Dental College is the first private dental college in Ahmedabad. ADC is planning for MDS seats for the coming academic year in at least eight specialities.

Building

At present the college is spread over 5 acres of land with well-planned building having a built up area of 50,000 square feet. In addition to this, the college has separate hostel for boys & girls and staff quarters. This built up area is much more than the minimum prescribed by Dental Council of India.



Hostels

Spread over 13000 Sq. Ft. area, the boy’s hostel and girl’s hostel are well planned and adjacent to the college building. Both hostels have separate common plots, dining and recreation areas.



Ceramic & Casting Laboratory

Perfection in lab work can be achieved only by teaming with the dentist to ensure patient satisfaction. Our metal and ceramic lab is well equipped with sophisticated equipments, instruments and articulators. The entire work is done under the supervision and guidance of a



Prosthodontist.

The advanced lab which specializes in crown & bridge, porcelain fused to metal and implant prosthesis is set with the main aim of training U.G. & P.G. students and dental technicians to excel in their laboratory skills.



Auditorium

Situated on 2nd floor, ADC’s state-of-the-art fully air-conditioned auditorium has seating capacity of 250. The auditorium is equipped with all the latest audio visual aids. Also, the operation theater, prosthodontics clinic and the pre-clinic departments are cabled with the auditorium. As a result, a 250+ audience can see surgeries, demonstrations or other procedures live on a big screen in the auditorium. The two way audio communication enables the audience to interact live with the demonstrator.



Sports & Extra-curricular Activities

College has indoor-outdoor games areas and equipments for the active life of students as well as staff.At ADC, we focus on the overall growth of the students. For this, extra curricular activities happen at regular intervals. Games like cricket, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, basket ball, carrom etc. are played by students.



Transportation

Ahmedabad Dental College is located away from city area and hence regular bus service is provided by the college to students and

staff. Transport facility is also provided for organizing dental camps, bringing students from various schools to the dental college for treatment, transporting patients from surrounding and far off villages, Service personnel and their families from Air Force stations at Vadsar and Gandhinagar, various old age homes, schools for blind, schools for disabled, etc. to the dental college for treatment.



Cafeteria

The College has an excellent canteen facility, which serves the students as well as the staff. It has a separate kitchen and dining area. Good quality and tasty food is prepared and served under hygienic conditions.
