Sri Ramachandra Medical College ad Research Institute

M.B.B.S

Eligibility: H.S.C. (+2) or equivalent qualification with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany & Zoology)/Biotechnology with marks as prescribed by the MCI.

Sri Ramachandra Dental College and Hospital

B.D.S

Eligibility: H.S.C. (+2) or equivalent qualification with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany & Zoology) with marks as prescribed by the DCI.

Selection will be made on merit, based on the marks secured in the Entrance Examination conducted by this university on All India basis.

Prospectus and Application form for Entrance examination maybe obtained as follows by mentioning clearly the course applied for i.e., M.B.B.S or B.D.S

By downloading from the Website www.sriramachandra.edu.in and submitted with a Demand Draft for Rs. 500/-

By post from the Registrar on requisition with a Demand Draft for Rs. 600/- .

In person by paying Rs. 500/- at the University Office. Demand Draft should be drawn infavour of “Sri Ramachandra University” payable at Chennai. The University shall not be liable for any postal delay or loss in transit.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Application forms will be issued from: 04-04-2012 (Wednesday)

Last date for issue of Application forms: 10-05-2012 (Thursday)

Last date for receipt of filled in Application Forms: 15-05-2012 (Tuesday)

Date and time of entrance examination:

M.B.B.S: 27-05-2012 (Sunday) 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

B.D.S: 27-05-2012 (Sunday) 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Entrance Examination Centres:

Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and Pune

Note:

Candidates belonging to any state/union territory in India only are eligible to apply.

Candidates appearing for H.S.C. (+2) Examination in March/April 2012 can appear for the entrance examination.
